Synopsis
Location: Fairmont, West Virginia

It seems urban legends are starting to come alive in Fairmont, it started about a month ago. A secretive with a hunched back has settled in the towns abandoned house on top of the hill. When he moved he was carrying crates that looked like caskets.

Babysitters get called by someone asking how the kids upstairs are doing. When they go upstairs the kids are dead.

An many more Urban legends are coming alive.

Behind the Scenes
I had a silly idea, what about several Urban legends coming to live, after remembering the episode of Supernatural where a girl is in coma and her father who is the doctor reads to her from a fairy tales book. All the stories come to live thanks to the girl in coma.

The Concept:
Chassie Laine can’t speak since her mothers death. Her uncle takes care of her nowadays. He loves her like she is his own child and because she reminds him of his sister (her mother). After she became silent she started to write more and more and specially fantasy and horror tales. The things she wrote she put online under her synonym Josie Queen and even got some fame through it.

Not so long ago her uncle bought her a book from the antique shop.The book is cursed and everything she writes into it comes to live thus the urban legends and such. Her uncle drinks a bit too much but he is not violent. She takes care of him and sometimes the neighbor who is in love with the uncle comes by to help them.

If a creature that she wrote would be killed it will turn it into characters and they would turn into ashes.

The unseen kidnapper: A shadow creature infiltrates in homes and takes children into the shadows. The children are taken and later found hanging on the window of the parents or guardians all pale and of course dead.

The Fairmont Vampire:A Nosferatu (but hairier) creature came over from Transylvania to Fairmont with his ghoul named Jarvis. There are people disappearing, and when they are found there are two holes in their neck or wrist. The vampire is in the creepy abandoned house on the hill where nobody goes to.

Flesh Eating Disease: A flesh eating Bacteria/disease is going around, when you are infected you will be eaten clean by the bacteria in 5 hours.

The Clowns Doll: A child takes a clown doll and takes it home and puts it in his / her room. In the evening the clown doll kills everyone in the house. When the doll is placed in evidence it find its way out towards the next child.

The Wrong House: At the end of the street a new house appeared out of nowhere, it is spooky old and abandoned. It is said there is a hell hole in that house.

The Man Upstairs: Babysitters get called by someone asking how the kids upstairs are doing. After a few calls the babysitter realizes that the call is from within the house. When they go upstairs the kids are dead.

The Sewers: Carmen Winstead was 17 years old, she was picked on, one day she was thrown in a sewer and she drown. Her body floated away and was never found. Now she haunts young people around her age. She takes them into the sewers only to be found hours later, dead. Most of the times the teens are taken from their homes but without any sign of breaking in.

Well the idea is that a certain demon (Leraje) had planted this book in Fairmont to pester a angel there who says it is a retired hunter. And also trying to get certain hunters to show up so he could pester them to gain information .

For this he used the Book of Medea, a cursed book that makes everything come true what is written in it.

I did not make any stats for the urban legends cause it wasn’t real

What went Different:

It went faster than I thought they found out that something was doing all of this. At first they thought it were several cases in one but they soon realized it only could be one source. So I had to stretch some scene here and there.

They went to the vampire, first it would be bald, hairy and Nosferatu looking. But I decided that it would be a very cheesy 70’s vampire and his Igor. After talking a bit they destroyed them and the house. They even freed 3 teenage girls who where dressed as Draculas brides.

They went to the house at the end of the street and there I changed the scene a bit to give Alicia a premonition and Dajana a ghost experience. And to put a cherry on the top I thought it would be cool for Leraje to come by.

Soon they went to the house where the girl was with the book and instead of killing her or anything else they just ook her book and went away leaving her baffled.

After that I decided that a angel could help them to put the book back on the altar it belonged. This was not planned but felt right after Leraje messed with them.

When they got back I gave Alicia the choice to sacrifice herself to bring back Malkhiel in return for that he brought her back and gave her the ability to lay hands and heal. This again was not planned but felt right to do.
