Leraje is a demon, he is a Marquis of hell and thus not a normal demon but a Powerful demon and most likely a player in the grand scheme.
He likes to create disputes and great battles to start.
Apparently he is an archer and he is very good at it, would you be hit by one of his arrows you can be assured that you will get gangrene in that wound.
History
His name comes up in some of the Greek history books it is said that he was the one who created the problems in Troje that started the war.
There are also some passages in a few books that he was Warlord that started wars but let other finish it.

He seems to be gentle and nice but with a foul smirk on his face. He seems to be telling the truth all the time and he feels trustworthy.

Charming, he is very charming and seems very gentle and well mannered, he is a great speaker and knows how to convince people.

Gangrene, this is his favorite way to do harm, he not only uses it when his arrows hit but also in many things he does.
Telekinesis, you can bet your ass that he is a master at Telekinesis as he is a Marquis.
Mind Control, this has not been confirmed but being a demon of Disputes you can assume he can do it.
